¡Cursos de inglés como segunda lengua!

Hable con su equipo de recursos humanos o con un miembro del equipo de Better Futures en su ubicación para obtener más información sobre dónde tomar cursos de ESL. Algunos lugares ofrecen cursos GRATUITOS fuera de Better Futures. Algunos cursos de ESL se ofrecen in situ en las plantas. Otros se ofrecen en los colegios comunitarios o a través de una organización sin fines de lucro.

Si está tomando cursos de ESL a través de Better Futures en la universidad en línea, Rio Salado, utilice la siguiente información.

No hay puntuaciones buenas o malas. Nos permite determinar en qué nivel de inglés/lectura empezar, por lo que no estamos en un nivel demasiado fácil o demasiado difícil.

English as a Second Language courses!

Speak with your HR team or Better Futures team member at your location for more information about where to take ESL courses. Some locations offer FREE courses outside of Better Futures. Some ESL courses are offered on-site at plant locations. Others are offered at Community College locations or through a Non-Profit Organization.

ESL at Rio Salado Online Community College

If you are taking ESL courses through Better Futures at the online college, Rio Salado, please use the following information.

*You will need to apply and be approved for the Better Futures program prior to starting ESL classes online through Rio Salado.

Inquiries and referrals for all questions about Non Credit Online English Language courses are to be directed to the Student Engagement and Recruitment Team at outreach.center@riosalado.edu or 480-384-9835.

If you are interested in For Credit Online English Language courses, then you can reach out to Anthony Reyes at ecs@domail.maricopa.edu and then follow the three steps below!

1. Apply for (credit) admission through Rio Salado College using this link: https://www.maricopa.edu/become-student – this will create a student ID number and allow you to take our English/Reading placement tests.

2. Take our placement test in English and Reading using this link: https://maricopa.edready.org/home – this test is free and allows unlimited attempts. There are no good or bad scores. It allows us to determine which level English/Reading to start at, so we are not at a level too easy or too difficult.

3. Register for class!
